Pack your LunchPACK YOUR LUNCH

If you take lunch at your workplace stop it. Instead pack your lunch along with your kids. It doesn’t take much time to pack tiffin, does it? Eat your own home made food it will help you cut down the extra oil which goes with your office canteen lunch.

 

 

SET GOALS

Set a weekly or 15 days goal and make sure you achieve it. Once you achieve that first goal it will help you boost your confidence. Make sure you keep the pace steadily increasing.

BE POSITIVEBe Positive

Stay positive throughout your process. Keep saying that I am fit, I am healthy, and no matter what I eat I stay fit. Never ever use negative words.

LOVE YOURSELF

Once you achieve your goal go treat yourself with your favorite food. Make sure you eat healthy. Cheating itself shouldn’t be too much. It shouldn’t take away all your efforts at once. So be careful. And once you reached your ideal weight don’t give up on working out maintain your weight.
